Retired Morton Farmer Gives Two-Million-Dollars To Indiana College

(Morton, IL) -- A retired farmer from Morton, Illinois, who had a lucrative side business as a investor, is sharing his wealth with the Indiana college he attended 75 years ago. Ninety-three-year-old Milo Albrecht attended Goshen College for three semesters in 1939 and 1940, but has been a regular donor to the school since the late 1940s. Albrecht recently gave the school shares of stock in an energy infrastructure company that the school sold for nearly two-million-dollars. Albrecht specified that the money be used for scholarships, mostly for nursing students.
