WBYS has teamed up with the Humane Society of Fulton County to help orphaned animals have a better chance of finding a home with our "Pets of the Week" feature. Each week the Humane Society chooses a different cat and dog to be our featured "Pets of the Week". Each Tuesday and Thursday at 9:45am Mark Bixler will bring you details on a cat and dog that are in need of their furever home.
Rosie is the sweetest little girl you will ever meet. She absolutely loves attention and to be petted. She has a great purr. She enjoys roaming around the shelter and hanging out with Oscar.
Rosie is 21 years young and is looking for a wonderful forever home in which to spend her golden days. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, flea treated, FIV/FeLV tested (negative), and microchipped.
If you're looking for a total love bug to add to your family, Rosie is your girl. Stop by the shelter or call 1-309-647-5077
Precious is a 5 year old mixed breed dog. She is around 78 lbs. She could use some some work walking on a lead and some basic obedience training. She is food motivated so training should be easy. She is dog selective meaning she might get along with other dogs but we would recommend that she be the only dog since she is dominate. We would also recommend she only be in a home with older children. She is spayed and up to date on all her vaccinations, microchipped and heartworm negative.
