Siblings Are Focus Of National Adoption Month Campaign
(Undated) -- We're coming down to the end of National Adoption Month, and this year, the focus has been on siblings. Kathy Ledesma, the National Project Director for Adopt U-S Kids, says there are a lot of American siblings in need of foster care. And Ledesma says it's important to keep them together because both kids involved have lost their parents due to abuse or neglect, which makes that brother or sister a primary lifetime support system.
