Normal Increases Property Taxes

(Normal, IL) -- Homeowners in Normal will see their property taxes increase just a bit. The City Council finalized a tax levy on Monday that will help pay for its police and firefighters pensions. The average homeowner will see an increase of about nine dollars on their property taxes.
