Quinn Calls Rauner

(Chicago, IL) -- Governor Quinn and Bruce Rauner are finally on speaking terms. Quinn picked up the phone and called Rauner yesterday, eight days after the election. The two had a brief but cordial conversation about the Open Enrollment period for the Affordable Care Act, which will run into February, after Rauner is seated as governor. Rauner thanked Quinn for his years of service to the people of Illinois.
