Female Veterans Receiving Employment Help

(Undated) -- Goodwill Industries is helping female veterans get back on their feet after serving our country following 9-11. The program is called Operation Good Jobs and for veterans like Anny Pena it gives her hope that she won't end up homeless. Goodwill Industries received a five-million-dollar grant from the Walmart Foundation to provide the tools female veterans need to earn employment and ensure long-term financial wellness. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs states that currently one in ten veterans are female.
