Veterans Honored At Ceremony In Canton's Jones Park

(Undated) -- It is Veterans Day, a day set aside to recognize those who have served in the military in the United States. A ceremony will be taking place this morning in downtown Canton, honoring Veterans. It will be held in Jones Park beginning at 10:30 this morning. The annual Veterans Day Soup & Chili Supper will be taking place this afternoon hosted by the St. Peter's Anglican Church at the Canton VFW Post. Adults can eat at a cost of $5, while it cost kids under the age of 12, $3. Vets eat for free. Desserts and drinks are included. It will be taking place from 4 until 7 this afternoon.
