Village leaders are doing their research and gathering information on how to implement and enforce a ban on saggy pants. One of the proposals on the table would require violators to pay fines up to 750-bucks if they're caught with their pants hanging below their waists. Critics argue a ban could lead to more racial profiling but village leaders say they aren't buying that idea.
