Washington's Faith Leaders Plan Tornado Anniversary Observance

(Washington, IL) -- Washington faith leaders are preparing to observe the one-year anniversary of the tornado that caused destruction in the city. Three people died and several others were hurt after the November 17th twister hit. Also, more than eleven-hundred homes were destroyed or damaged. The scheduled events include a prayer service at LaHood Park, and a Memorial Walk. Governor Quinn is expected to attend and speak to the crowd.
