Canton Family YMCA Joins Statewide Campaign

(Canton, IL) -- The Canton Family YMCA is joining a statewide campaign to "Rethink You Drink" beginning today. It’s part of the Illinois Alliance for Obesity Prevention. One of the objectives in the IAPO Obesity Action Roadmap is to increase consumption of health food and beverages in relation to consumption of unhealthy food and beverages that have minimal nutritional value, such as sugar-sweetened beverages and calorie-dense, low-nutrition fast foods.
