Suit Filed Against Marion Gun Range

(Marion, IL) -- A woman struck by a stray bullet last winter is suing a Marion gun range. Lindsey Potts filed the lawsuit on Monday against Tombstone Gun Range. She wants to be awarded more than 50-thousand dollars to cover injuries, damages and court costs. Last Thursday, an order that banned anyone from using the rifle range at Tombstone was lifted.
