Parents Should Check Sex Offender Registry Before Halloween

(Springfield, IL) -- Kids are getting amped up about knocking on doors and getting special treats on Halloween night. But Attorney General Lisa Madigan says parents should plan their trick-or-treating routes carefully to avoid homes where sex offenders live.
