(Undated) -- A new poll shows that the governor's race is too close to call. The Early and Often/We Ask America survey shows Governor Pat Quinn and his Republican challenger Bruce Rauner are in a statistical dead heat just three weeks before the election. Forty-one percent of those polled chose having business experience as a requirement to serve as governor. Twenty-four percent said a political background was more important. Twenty-five percent favor both.
