Walmart Scraps Health Benefits For Some Workers
(Undated) -- Walmart is going to stop offering health insurance to employees who work fewer than 30 hours a week. Walmart spokesperson Randy Hargrove says the move is expected to impact about 30-thousand of the company's staff. Walmart will also raise premiums for enrolled workers. The lowest-cost plan will go up about three-dollars-50-cents per pay period to just under 22 dollars.
