(Aurora, IL) -- Things are slowly but surely getting back to normal with flights in and out of Chicago. FAA officials say they're replacing the last of the burned out and damaged equipment at the Aurora Air Traffic Control Center. It should be out by later this morning and new equipment will be coming in. The new equipment will undergo a round of testing before things are back to normal. The contract worker who set the center on fire last month is facing federal charges.
