No Progress In Minority Hiring At Jacksonville Schools

(Jacksonville, IL) -- The Jacksonville NAACP is threatening to sue the area public schools is there is no diversity plan for classroom by October 29th. Jacksonville School District 117 has 251 teachers and 247 of them are white.
