Night Of Comedy To Raise Money For Pryor Statue

(Peoria, IL) -- Comedians will be bringing the funny to Peoria this fall to honor native son Richard Pryor. George Lopez, Cedric the Entertainer, D.L. Hughley, Eddie Griffin and Mike Epps will headline "A Night for Richard" November 2nd at the Carver Arena. In addition to honoring Pryor's impact in the world of comedy, the money raised will help to fund a statue of Pryor being carved by Peoria artist Preston Jackson.
