Garage Destroyed In Creve Couer Fire

(Creve Coeur, IL) -- A garage fire in Creve Couer over the weekend also damaged the house. Firefighters were on another call when the noticed smoke that was coming from a garage located in the 800 block of Pekin Avenue. The fire had spread to the back of the house. Authorities say that the garage was destroyed as a result of the fire. No one was in the garage, but two people were inside of the home and got out safely. What caused the fire remains under investigation.
