(Undated) -- The Illinois Civil Justice League wants to you to know your judges. A new initiative titled “Judges: Good and Bad -- You Can’t Afford to be Indifferent” launched Tuesday is an effort to better educate voters about judicial elections. The initiative includes a review of qualifications of nearly one-hundred-sixty sitting judges and sixty-nine candidate for judge. In a release on the website www.IllinoisJudges.net, Ed Murnane, president of the ICJL, says judges have the ability to decide our fate and it’s critical voters make informed and educated choices when choosing judges.
