Good Posture Can Improve Your Energy

(Undated) -- Being told not to slouch may be more than just nagging -- it may benefit your health. A new study in "Health Psychology" says those who sit or stand upright tend to feel more enthusiastic, excited and strong. Those who slump or slouch may feel more hostile, nervous and sleepy. Good posture also led to more self-confidence and less social anxiety, the researchers said.
