Cross Gets Another Democratic Endorsement

(Chicago, IL) -- The Republican candidate for state treasurer is getting a nod from a Democrat who once had the job. Alexi Giannoulias [[ Ja-NEW-lee-us ]] endorsed Tom Cross yesterday. He says Cross has a good understanding of what it takes to manage the state's money and wont' be afraid to break party lines to do what's right. Giannoulias was state treasurer from 2007 until 2011. The Democratic mayor of Aurora has also endorsed Cross.
