Peoria Men Enter Guilty Pleas In Federal Court
(Peoria, IL) -- Two Peoria men were in U.S. Federal Court on Wednesday. The two, 24-year old Michael Costic and 28-year old Shawn Joiner entered guilty pleas to conspiracy to distribute. The two were arrested last year during the Don't Shoot campaign. Their guilty pleas came just a few days after two others, Tristan Shelton and Willie Breedlove entered guilty pleas to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute charges. The four men will be back in U.S. Federal Court to be sentenced in early January.
