Golf Ball Drop To Take Place Next Week

(Canton, IL) -- The 12th annual Golf Ball Drop, sponsored by the United Way for Spoon River Country will be held on the Saturday of the Friendship Festival once again. Tickets for the Golf Ball Drop are now being sold. The cost for the tickets are one for $5 and 5 for $20. The top three prizes are $1,000, $250 and $100. There are 15 other prizes that will be given away too. The Golf Ball Drop will take place on Saturday, September 20th at 1:30 p.m.
