School Will Resume As Scheduled After Roof Damage

(Virginia, IL) -- Classes continued as normal yesterday in Virginia. The Cass County School District made the announcement Sunday on its website. On Friday, a strong rain storm carrying 70 mile-per-hour winds tore the roof from the high school gymnasium. The school is already making plans for repairs. No one was hurt.
