Peoria Protestors Demand Justice For Pit Bulls

(Peoria, IL) -- Demonstrators in Peoria plan to continue their protest on Tuesday of the alleged shootings of three local pit bulls. The group of about 25 met outside the East Peoria Police Station on Sunday. They're asking for more humane treatment of animals by police officers. The police force says that they are doing what they can to handle aggressive dogs.
