State Officials Urge Participation In Great Shakeout

(Springfield, IL) -- People don't often think about earthquakes rattling in Illinois, but IEMA's Patti Thompson says we get them more often than people know. People all across the state and the U.S. will participate in the Great Shakeout on October 16th. More than half-a-million-people in Illinois participated in the event last year including schools, business, families, and governmental bodies.
