Missing Quincy Man Is Found

(Quincy, IL) -- Quincy Police say they found a local man who disappeared for a week. Cops say 22-year-old Ted Allen McGlaughlin is safe. He was last seen August 11th leaving 2530 West Valley View. McGlaughlin's family told police that he was suicidal
