Governor Quinn Campaigns At Illinois State Fair

(Springfield, IL) -- Governor Quinn says his Republican opponent Bruce Rauner is a rich man who is out of touch with everyday people. He made the remark while attending Wednesday's Democrats Day at the State Fair in Springfield. Quinn added that Rauner's budget plan would "take a chain saw to education" and that the GOP candidate doesn't respect Illinois teachers. The governor reminded the crowd that he'll defend the "everyday Illinoisan" if he's re-elected and he emphasized his connection with organized labor.
