Bustos Applaud Veterans Act Signature

(Washington D.C.) -- The woman who represents Fulton County in the U.S. House of Representatives is applauding the signing of the Veterans Access, Choice & Accountability Act of 2014. Congresswoman Cheri Bustos says that the signing into law of bipartisan reforms to the VA system is a step in the right direction and will ensure that the brave veterans have access to the timely and quality care they have earned and deserve. The Veterans Access, Choice & Accountability Act of 2014 was endorsed by a wide range of veterans' organizations that include the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Legion, the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, the Disabled Veterans of America, the Paralyzed Veterans of America, the Wounded Warrior Project and VetsFirst. Bustos represents the 17th Congressional District in Illinois that includes Fulton and Peoria Counties and much of Northwest Illinois.
