Information About Fatal I-74 Accident Revealed During Peoria County Coroner's Inquest

(Peoria County, IL) -- More information in regard to the death of a Morton man who died in an accident on Interstate 74 this summer have been made available. Seventy-nine year old Richard Ulrich died in the accident. He suffered from multiple force injuries after his car rolled over several times. The accident occured on June 19th, near the War Memorial exit on I-74. The Peoria County Coroner says that Ulrich suffered from severe heart disearse but that there was no evidence that he had suffered a heart attack. The coroner's office says that it is possible that Ulrich suffered from an irregular heart rhythm before the accident occured. The information was revealed during a Peoria County Coroner's inquest.
