Sangamon County Good Place To Live

(Springfield, IL) -- Most people in Sangamon County like where they live. A recent survey of nearly 730 residents showed satisfaction highest in northern Sangamon County and lowest in northeast Springfield. People surveyed said they would like to see more recreation choices, improved maintenance, and better roads and sidewalks. They also listed cleanliness, infrastructure, and larger lots as traits of an ideal community.
