Canton Police Investigating Suspicious Death

(Canton, IL) -- Authorities in Canton are looking into a suspicious death within the city. Police say they are investigating with what appears to be a domestic violence incident that happened this morning inside a house in the 1300 block of East Ash Street. Authorities say a male is the victim who died in the incident. The age of the victim or his identity has not been released. Canton police remain on the scene and are continuing to investigated the incident.
