Group Calls On State To Jumpstart Fracking

Several oil companies have been waiting to start drilling in Illinois, but they're pulling out and investing in other states like Indiana, where fracking is already taking place. The state's Department of Natural Resources is still putting the final touches on the rules, which may not be approved until after the November election.
