Memorial Bridge Reopens To Traffic

(Quincy, IL) -- Quincy's Memorial Bridge is back open to traffic after it was closed since last Monday due to concerns about flooding. For the last four days drivers were detoured to Bayview Bridge. Missouri Department of Transportation officials say there were safety issues about water and debris rushing against the bridge, possibly causing structure damage.
