Man Accused In 2 Deaths Appears In Court

(Janesville, WI) -- An Illinois man accused of killing two people made his first appearance in court Monday in Wisconsin. Terence Doddy was arrested in Wisconsin after allegedly leading police on a high speed chase Friday. He's also accused of driving under the influence of cocaine. Doddy was wanted by police in Illinois after allegedly killing his friend Todd Hansmeier in Rockford. He's also accused of killing Tonya Bargman at a rest stop on Interstate 39. Prosecutors in Winnebago County are working on extraditing Doddy back to Rockford.
