New Ag Instructor Approved By SRC Board Of Trustees

(Canton, IL) -- There is a new Ag Instructor at Spoon River College. The Board of Trustees at Spoon River College approved the hiring of Dr. Michael Woods as the new full time agriculture instructor during their meeting on Wednesday of last week. Dr. Woods will be filling the vacancy created when long-time instructor Jim Caudle retired. Board members also approved the prevailing wage resolution, the appointment of the firm Froehling, Weber and Schell of Canton to act as the college attorney through June 2015; and the appointment of the firm Davis and Campbell of Peoria through June 2015 to provide services and advice pertaining to the employment law.
