(Chicago, IL) -- Schools are now required to double down on bullying. A new law requires they put a bullying policy in place. It must include a definition for bullying, create a system for notifying parents when there are problems, and provide details on how cases of bullying will be reviewed. Governor Quinn says the new law will create a positive atmosphere and make sure kids have a safe place to learn.
