(Undated) -- Over summer vacation, a lot of kids turn to electronics to fill their time. Child psychologist Doctor Kate Eshleman says parents need to set rules for screen time and make sure their children know the rules. Children should not be spending more than two hours a day looking at a screen, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics. Researchers have found that the less time a child spends on electronics, the better they do in school and even sleep.
