Ingersoll Middle School Students Receive Aspiring Artist Awards

(Canton, IL) -- The Fourth Quarter Aspiring Artist Awards for Ingersoll Middle School have been awarded by Snowman Studios Gallery located in downtown Canton. The winners were MEredith Milleson, who was an eighth grade student this past school year and Autumn Hall who was in the sixth grade this past school year. The awards are given to two students each quarter based on outstanding skill, positive attitude in the classroom and a strong interest and good work ethic in art. Ingersoll Middle School art teacher, Jeri Papadoul.is, selected the winners based on that criteria. Each Winner is currently being showcased at Snowman Studios Gallery in downtown Canton during the month of June. Each recipient is also being invited to exhibit up to 3 works of art in an Aspiring Artists Award Show that will be held in the gallery beginning on June 28tgh. The show will be through July 11th.
