What's In Ducts Can Impact Breathing
(Undated) -- Could your house be making you sneeze? Steve Dickenson, a duct cleaner, says that keeping your home's duct system clean might be able to help you breathe better because that duct system is the equivalent of the lungs of your house. Dickenson says the average home has about 25-pounds of junk in the ducts. It's not just dirt he finds in there, either. Dickenson says he's found every small critter imaginable. He says recently he found 15-thousand dollars worth of savings bonds in a family's ductwork.
