FDA Encourages More Fish In Diet

(Undated) -- The FDA is urging women and children to have more fish in their diet. Registered dietitian Carrie Gonzales says fish is a good source of nutrition. The FDA says women that are pregnant, breastfeeding, or are thinking about becoming pregnant, and their children should eat at least 8 ounces of fish each week. Researchers say to avoid fish with high levels of mercury, such as swordfish.
