City Cracks Down On Underage Tobacco Sales

(Peoria, IL) -- Underage teens in Peoria will have a more difficult time buying tobacco products. The city code has changed where it requires a business selling cigarettes to be 350 feet away from a school. It was previously a 100-foot distance. The change was approved Tuesday night at the City Council hearing.
