Obama To Help Ease Student Loan Pressures
(Washington, DC) -- Residents of west central Illinois as well as the rest of the state who are plagued with high student loan debt could be getting a bit of relief. President Obama issued an executive order on Monday making it easier for people to make payments. Anyone who took out a federal loan before October 2007 won't be required to pay more than ten-percent of their income, each month. The move is supposed to help at least five-million-people across the U.S.
