CityLink Now Operating On Sunday In Peoria

(Peoria, IL) -- Sunday service by CityLink in Peoria has started. Yesterday marked the first day of that service in the River City. Busses were lined up to begin the Sunday service yesterday morning at the Downtown Transit Center. In all there were nine bus routes that connected the major thoroughfares in the city, such as Main Street and University Avenue. Officials with CityLink say they are studying whether a second transit center needs to be opened on the north side of Peoria.
