Illinois Public Safety Agency Network To Get Upgrade

(Undated) -- Legislation that will assist in upgrading the Illinois Public Safety Agency Network recently passed out of the Illinois Senate. State Representative Don Moffitt says that by upgrading the network, they will now be able to be better serve law enforcement agencies in Illinois. Moffitt added that the network believes their statutory authority from July 1, 2006 needed to be modified to currently reflect current policy and proceedings and that's what House Bill 5864 does.
