Topinka Memorial Service Wednesday

(Countryside, IL) -- A public memorial service honoring the late Judy Baar Topinka is being held this Wednesday. It'll be at the Local 150 on Joliet Road in Countryside. The service will get started at 9:30 a.m. Topinka died last Wednesday after having a stroke. There's still no word on who will replace her as state comptroller.
