(Undated) -- Illinois Secretary of State DMV offices are back up and running. A computer glitch forced a shutdown across the state yesterday. There is a Secretary of State Office in Canton. Officials say there was an internal problem with the mainframe system in Springfield. It wasn't properly transmitting information to other facilities across the state. The problem has been fixed and people can go in and get their plate stickers, driver's licenses, and other driving-related services.
