(Undated) -- If you are responsible for caring for an aging or disabled family member, you'll want to know that November is National Caregiving Month, and that help is available. AARP is spearheading a national effort. Amy Goyer, AARP's Family Issues Expert, says they're also running public service announcements to honor unpaid family caregivers and let them know that help is available. She has also written an e-book titled "Juggling Work and Caregiving." You can check out the e-book and learn more at AARP.org/Caregiving.
