(Undated) -- A Navy veteran from Monmouth is ten-million-dollars richer. Gary Barry recently hit the jackpot on the Ten-Million-Dollar-Cash Bonanza scratch off ticket. He says he was watching TV when he uncovered the winning numbers and he just couldn't believe it. Barry says he stared at the ticket for a hour before it really sank in. The 60-year-old veteran plans to help his family and make some wise investments with the cash.
