(Farmington, IL)  --  Voters in Farmington reached a decision when it came to a referendum that would allow the city to pursue lower electric supply costs for homes as well as small businesses.  During the Primary Election this past March, voters couldn't reach a decision as there was a tie vote.  Last night, voters decided to allow the city to pursue the lower electric cost supplies by a vote of 439 that voted yes and 318 voted no.
